Collusion, use of betting software or bots, exploitation of technical errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on sx77. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct are permanently closed and winnings forfeited.

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing or using the sx77 Platform in any manner, including registering an Account, browsing the site, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms apply to all use of sx77, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method. No separate agreement is required for mobile access.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use sx77. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. sx77 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will permanently close any account confirmed to be held by a person under 18, with any balance forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is solely your responsibility to verify that accessing and using sx77 is lawful in your specific location within Pakistan or any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. sx77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. You access sx77 entirely at your own legal risk.
3.3 Excluded Persons. Individuals subject to a self-exclusion agreement with sx77 are not eligible to access or use the Platform during the exclusion period. sx77 reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts at its discretion.
3.4 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Services.
4.1 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on sx77. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sx77 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 KYC Documents. Prior to processing a withdrawal, and at any time at sx77's request, you must submit valid identity documentation for KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), passport, or NICOP. Documents must be clear, fully visible, and unaltered.
4.4 Verification Delays. sx77 may temporarily restrict deposits, withdrawals, or both pending completion of KYC verification. sx77 accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from account restrictions imposed for compliance purposes.
4.5 Source of Funds. sx77 reserves the right to request information regarding the source of funds deposited to your Account as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in account suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
5.2 sx77 will never request your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from sx77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to sx77 support immediately.
5.3 You must notify sx77 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. sx77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to promptly report unauthorised access.
5.4 sx77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection against unauthorised login.
6.1 Deposits to your sx77 Account are denominated and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability at the time of deposit.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change.
6.3 Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the Account may be suspended.
6.4 sx77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. sx77 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
6.5 Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact sx77 support as promptly as possible if you believe a deposit was made in error.
7.1 Withdrawals are available only to Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
7.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the sx77 Account. sx77 will not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
7.4 Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time. sx77 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7.5 sx77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional documentation and may extend processing time.
7.6 In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, sx77 may freeze and withhold funds pending investigation. Players will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
8.1 sx77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to Players. All such offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the offer.
8.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
8.3 Where a Player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, the allocation of bets to each balance type follows the order specified in the cashier or promotion terms.
8.4 sx77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk.
8.5 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred between accounts.
9.1 All bets placed on sx77 are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to the product selected (sportsbook, casino, crash, slots, jackpot). These rules are displayed within each game or market.
9.2 Sportsbook. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. In-play betting is subject to real-time odds which may change between bet placement and acceptance. sx77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already determined at the time of placement.
9.3 Casino Games. All casino games are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness. RNG (computer-dealt) games use audited random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined physically in broadcast studios and transmitted via OCR technology — no manual result input is involved.
9.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects game outcome or result integrity, sx77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. sx77 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
9.5 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Bet limits apply to all markets and games. Limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change. sx77 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sx77 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:
11.1 All content on the sx77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, text, and design — is the property of sx77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from sx77.
12.1 The sx77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sx77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any particular game for any purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx77's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 sx77 accepts no liability for losses arising from: force majeure events; interruptions to internet or mobile network service; Player failure to maintain account security; or Player decisions made while under the influence of substances that impair judgment.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 sx77 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform carries a house edge on all games — it is a form of entertainment, not a method of generating income. Players should only wager funds they can afford to lose.

14.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. sx77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time and without notice where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed; regulatory or legal compliance obligations require it; or Account security is at risk.
14.3 Where an Account is closed by sx77 due to a breach of these Terms, sx77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds.
14.4 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held securely and returned to the Player if the investigation concludes in their favour.
sx77 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. The updated Terms will bear a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of sx77 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sx77's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan.
16.2 In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact sx77 support in writing. sx77 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving full particulars of the complaint.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, Players may seek independent arbitration through a recognised dispute resolution body as indicated on the Platform.
